Just got home from spending our family's spring break in Las Vegas - had a great time! Joe was very friendly and gave great suggestions on activities to do or places to eat - thanks for that Joe! The home was clean, well stocked and there was plenty of room for our family of 6. The pool was also great & it being heated definitely helped as the kids were able to swim whenever they wanted! The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe - would definitely return! Joe also checked in throughout the trip to make sure everything was ok with the house which was a nice touch as well! Thanks again!
Joe, the owner, did a great job of keeping us informed about expectations of the home and was very gracious in offering us tips on the local area, restaurants, and other entertainment recommendations. The home was exceptionally clean and modern. Because it had been rather windy on the day we arrived, the pool had some leaves in it when we met Joe for the walk-through and codes. He immediately cleaned the pool and apologized profusely. Later in the stay the garbage disposal developed a leak and again Joe came over and remedied the problem within hours. We left for some sight seeing and when we returned the needed repairs were already completed and our stay continued with no impact. The home is located near the end of a closed street and within about 50 yards of a very nice park. Great walking paths, plenty of place to play football with the boys, and a playground that would be good for littler ones. Driving time to the strip was about 15 minutes - just close enough to be close but not so close that we were caught in traffic every time we ventured out.
We had friends and family stay with us at this house and it was amazing! Every aspect of this house was well planned out and upgraded. The backyard was great for days and evening hanging out by the pool. The boys (teens) loved the amenities (especially the popcorn maker which we restocked a few times). I would definitely recommend this house and will plan another trip soon!!! Thank you for allowing us to stay there!
This house had everything you could possibly need! The rooms were spacious, that amenities were top notch, the games were awesome. This was without a doubt the best way I have spent time in Vegas. I had a large group and this house provided the perfect way for us to all be together without having to always be together. We relaxed in the pool and the spa, we had private quiet time and when we were ready to come together there was a perfect set up to accommodate! The kitchen was awesome and was stocked with everything you could need so that we didn't have to make any runs to the store. The entertainment was nice and when we wanted to go to the strip, it was a quick 10 minute drive straight down one street to get there. If you want a nice view you can even go out in the front of the house and have a perfect straightaway view of the Stratosphere! The neighborhood was quiet and there isn't anyone next to you or behind you that will be looking over the fence while you enjoy yourself. It really felt like we were all by ourselves there which was extremely nice! The absolute best part of the visit was having the chance to talk to Joe who I think is an amazing owner. He was so thoughtful, communicated well, and went out of his way to make us feel at home. Everyone in my family enjoyed all of the tips and advice he gave. He was as gracious a host as you will ever meet. If you need a place to stay in Vegas, stop looking around!! If this place is available then I suggest you take it. Trust me! You can thank me later!
We have just finished a two week stay here. We could not have wished for a better place. Great location and excellent helpfull owner. Would not hesitate to select Joe's place if we are stopping in Vegas again

It was great to meet you, and many thanks for the time that you spent running through the property and the recommendations of places to see and eat whilst in Vegas - the Red Rock Buffet was excellent!! Looking forward to returning sometime in the future.
