This house was built 1980 as a family house. We used to live there until we moved to San Jose . Since then, it is our second home
Beautiful property, well equipped for a large group. Excellent location close to everything you may need.
This is a beautiful house. We rented it for a family reunion. Everyone was delighted. It’s near many beaches. Has everthing you need for an enjoyable stay, even spices for cooking Excellent selection of all types of wares. The 12 seating dining table made our day... as we could sit together for meals, it was 10 of us The pools were serviced daily by Ali the keeper at the property who did an excellent job making sure everthing ran smoothly for us. Words not enough to describe the beauty of this property. We feel so privileged to have had the opportunity of staying at such beautiful place.
We loved our two days/nights at Villa La Arena. The home is spacious and comfortable. The outdoor areas just flow from the indoor areas. Highly recommended.
The property and house were perfect for the large family and friends that we wanted to spend time with. It is a quiet place and very close to town but far enough away that you have peace and quiet. There are many rooms and beds as well as a large outdoor area.
We flew into Liberia and stayed in this beautiful home before going on to the beach. What a wonderful way to begin! This place is a stunning oasis that really gives you an authentic feeling of Costa Rica. We felt immediately immersed in vacation without having to start with a drive. There are many attractions you can visit from here, rather than going directly to the beach and then buying tours to come back to them. We went to Rincon del la Vieja, a 25 min drive -- and went on the easy walk around the base of the volcano to see the fumeroles, mudpots, rainforest, and a beautiful waterfall. Another day we went to the Safari Park, just 10 minutes from here where the kids were thrilled to feed the giraffe, zebra, camels, long horn cattle -- really a fun destination. It's also closer to go to Rio Celeste from here than from the coast. The house itself it so beautiful and relaxing. The outdoor living areas are just fabulous, and perfectly maintained. We swam for hours, the kids waking early and asking first thing to get in the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could want, beds are very comfortable and air conditioning works well. We were able to stream music from our phone through their excellent sound system with outdoor speakers just using the headphone jack. (they had cord there) Felt we had our own private resort and we will stay here again!
