Cancellation Policy- Cancellations of arrivals during the Festive Period (December 15th to January 5th) are nonrefundable. For booking dates other than the Festive Period, written cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival date receive a full refund. When the Client cancels, for whatever reason, within sixty days prior to arrival date, the following charges will be levied:
Written cancellations received 59 – 29 days prior to arrival: 25% of total invoice (less Government Tax and Service Charge). Written cancellations received 28 or fewer days prior to arrival date: 100% of the total invoice (less Government Tax and Service Charge).
Villa Coyaba will use its best efforts to sell the cancelled booking and, if successful, refunds as appropriate will be made to the Client.
Maximum number of guests is 8 persons. Arriving guests are welcome from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and departing guest are asked to depart by 12:00 pm.
Villa Coyaba is a non-smoking villa. Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates include breakfast. A deposit is required to confirm the reservation.

Deposit & Payment:
Rates are quoted in US dollars per night and are exclusive of a 12% government tax and 10% service charge. For the Festive Season, preference will be given to reservations of at least 10 nights. A 50% deposit of the total rental amount is due to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival in Festive and Winter Season and 30 days in other Season.
Villa Coyaba is a six bedrooms villa. Prorated rates are offered for rental of fewer bedrooms except during the Festive Season.

The unique shaped pool 20’x50' is nestled among coconut palms and flanked with a 10' round jacuzzi. A sunken stone bar is an adjacent the pool. A 2,000 square feet terrace provides plenty of space for relaxing, lounging and/or dining.
