We do our best to make sure all amenities are in good working order. Occasionally, electronics, satellite, and other mechanical equipment will malfunction. We will do our best to repair these items in a timely manner.Hot tub- Because of hot tub cleanings, the hot tub may need a few hours to heat to its full temperature after you arrive. Bad weather conditions may make travel to our Cabin difficult. In addition, occasional power outages may arise. We will do our best to give you alternate directions and make your stay comfortable, but no refunds will be given for weather or power outages. Damages to the structure, fixtures, or furnishings will result in repair or replacement costs. Please notify us at check-in if there are damages to the lodge.

 

Any credit cards submitted for payment or credit card numbers held on file for deposit purposes may be charged to cover any damages that occurred as a result of your stay. An itemized list of any damages and the replacement/repair cost will be sent to you prior to charging the amounts to the credit card(s) on file.

 

Must be 21 or older to rent lodge or cabins. Friday and Saturday night stay required rental days for Weekends (2 night minimum). If you request a Thursday-Friday or Saturday-Sunday stay, both nights will be charged at the weekend rate. The rates shown will be incorrect and both nights will be adjusted as weekend rate when your reservation reaches our office. Holidays will require a three night minimum stay at weekend rate.

 

Advance payment is required with reservations. Occupancy is limited to 14 or less EXCEPT UNDER SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES.

 

Cancellation:

There is a $35.00 cancellation fee

30 days prior to check-in date: Money refunded

20 days prior to check-in date: 90% refunded

10 days prior to check-in date: 50% refunded

5 days prior to check-in date: No Refunds

NO Refunds due to weather
