The Lauloa is a building with 2 and 3 bedroom condos, unassigned parking, washer/dryers in the condos, an elevator and the oceanfront view makes it feel as if you are on a cruise ship.
The condos available are in the Village of Maalaea bay, most oceanfront, where in the winter the whales entertain you right from the lanai. Maalaea is centrally located on the Island of Maui so no matter where you want to visit, it's an easy drive.
