If you love vacationing with others yet need your own space; call dibs on the lower level guest-suite. It offers a king bed and comfortable leather couch and love seat plus a 50 inch smart TV as well as a kitchenette (sink, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster), dining table and bath with large shower stall. The entire house was completely renovated in 2016 with all new paint and brand new furnishings throughout. Even more improvements have been made in 2018 (all new flooring on the main level and granite in the kitchen). It's just a short drive to the beach, where you can take a swim, search for shells or take a leisurely walk while waiting for the breath-taking sunset. Marco Island offers some of the prettiest beaches to be found and great restaurants ranging from casual outdoor waterfront spots to the high-end formal dining. The activities are endless from kayaking to renting a jet ski for an afternoon to going on a dinner cruise. From relaxing on the beach (beach towels, 8 sand chairs, a wheeled cooler and beach umbrella are included!) to taking a walk or run around the paved track surrounding the lake at Mackle Park (where you will also find a great play-area for the kids complete with water feature, basketball and shuffle courts). You can even bring your blanket and take in a movie in the park or check out the various classes from exercise to knitting inside the community center. Long story short-whatever type of vacation you are looking for, from relaxing to activity-packed, you will find it on Marco Island. Marco Island is the largest of Floridas 10,000 islands. It is 68,000 acres in size and accessed by two bridges from the mainland. It boasts absolutely gorgeous quartz-sand beaches and lovely mangroves. It is located just South of Naples. The closest airport is Fort Myers (RSW).

We first vacationed on Marco Island back in 2006. We flew home from that vacation and made a pact to, someday, have our own place there. Our property search started in 2010 and, in December of 2012, we finally closed on our home. We had wonderful year ‘round tenants until the fall of 2015. When they bought their own home (just down the street from our house) we knew it was time to ready the property for vacationers. We had so much fun decorating and preparing the house for vacation rentals!
From walking inside the front door the first time, being here was a huge exhale! Very relaxing and fun. Used the pool, sundeck and hot tub every day. Grilled, played games and just had a great time!! The house is a total oasis - beautiful!! Sunset at the Sunset Grille on the beach is wonderful - get there early.
Lovely home and amenities. The Marriott Spa is fabulous. The beach is fantastic and your pool was AWESOME! You might consider black-out curtains for the lower level slider.
Just returned from ten days in this lovely property. The owner has thought of everything to make a vacation enjoyable. The home is beautifully decorated and furnished. I especially enjoyed having coffee on the lanai every morning in the comfortable seating area. The sun shelf in the pool is a great place to spend the afternoon and the hot tub was especially relaxing in the evening looking up at the stars. We plan to return to this property again!
