We were 4 golfers in Scotsdale/Phoenix area for 10 days of golf. We knew that this was going to be a good trip as the owner, Robin, spoiled us before we even arrived. From the airport 20 minutes. Residence was very clean and quite manageable for four adults requiring separate beds. Location was excellent . Access to the pool and hot tub was very much appreciated after a day of golf. Would not hesitate to stay there again and recommend it to anyone travelling to the Phoenix area. Thank you so much Robin and hope to see you again soon.
we arrived on November 8 and left on the 13th. This is the perfect property for a family! Extremely comfortable and cozy! The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. We were in town for a baseball tournament and with 2 teenage boys playing baseball the large capacity washer and dryer was awesome! Robin was really exceptional as a host! I cant say enough about how accomodating she was! property was perfectly located for us since we had games at Gene Autry field and at Red Mountain Baseball complex! we were smack dab in between! Loved it!
We arrived on 10/31/18 and stayed till 11/7/18. The owner (Robin) has proved to be an exceptional host. She made sure we were always comfortable and provided a comfortable home. We had everything we needed to make our stay a home away from home. I cannot say enough about her condo. We were pleasantly surprised about the cleanliness and state of the house. We heartily recommend her place for your future vacation. It is in the heart of Mesa. We plan on staying there in the near future. The only bad thing I can say is, we didn’t want to leave.
From the booking to arriving at our destination everything was very easy. Robin was amazing and she even had drinks we liked and yummy snacks. The house was perfect, clean, big, cozy, very comfortable. The house was equipped with pretty much everything you would need, if you forgot to pack toothpaste or lotions etc She has you covered. I would definitely recommend staying here if your in Arizona. Plus, it was secure, quiet, and just overall such a great experience. It was close to the freeway, she even left a nice folder that came in handy to see what places and shopping, restaurants, were close to us. I loved staying here and looking forward to going back.
Simply put the property is great. It was clean and stocked up with everything we could have asked for. We used the grill which was in great working condition and enjoyed sitting on the back patio. Went to the pool and the hot tub both were very clean. We were there on a golf trip so we didn't spend too much time there, but it was close to quite a few golf courses in Mesa that we played. Robin was great, she checked in on us a couple of times to see if we needed anything, which we didn't. When we arrived we had some treats waiting for us as well. If we ever come back to Mesa this is where I will be staying. We loved it!
This is a great place. Robin, the owner, is great to work with. She gave us a lot of info about things to do and directions. The heated pool is close by. Many tourist attractions nearby such as Desert Arroyo Park, Alta Mesa Park (big playground), a trampoline place, The Monastry restaurant. The kids loved picking fresh oranges off the public trees. There was an unexpected issue with the condo which was out of Robin's control. She took care of everything, made sure it was not an inconvenience and made sure we were taken care of.
This is hands down the best condo we have ever stayed at. Robin was out of town during our stay but checked in frequently to see if everything was ok. Will definitely stay here again.
It is affordably priced. Location is excellent. The condo is close to hiking, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is stocked with everything you need for an extended stay. The complex is very well maintained and immaculate grounds keeping. Robin is fantastic to deal with. Very accommodating and quick to respond when contacted.
Great clean place with plenty of room and the pool was very nice and quiet. We had a great time and felt safe and right at home !!!
We had a wonderful stay. All of the pictures accurately represented the property. The gift basket left by the owner was a wonderful welcoming surprise. So beneficial to have the space our family needed over the Holidays - at about the same cost as two hotel rooms. Close and convenient location to restaurants, and activities. Loved the Waffle House down the street! Just one thing, for those light sleepers not used to street noise, might want some ear plugs if sleeping in the Master Suite, as it backs up to a busy road. Also, took awhile for warm water to come out of the faucet and shower in the Master Bath - so just be patient. Overall, a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend to others.

This rental went above and beyond all of my expectations. The property was very spacious, clean and very well maintained. It was centrally located with easy access to several great restaurants and amenities. There was a wonderful back patio to sit and unwind at the end of the day, and the icing on the cake was the heated pool and hot tub within the community. I would definitely stay again when I am visiting the Phoenix area.
This is a well kept and well appointed property. Quiet, private, comfortable and very easy to relax in. Plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy inside, or fire up the grill outside and enjoy a night in with the family. A charming pool and jacuzzi are conveniently close for soaking up some sun and cooling off in the pool. I'm so glad I stayed here and would highly recommend it to anyone without the slightest reservation.
We loved this house and everything that is included. It's perfect for a family looking to enjoy some time at the pool and the house itself is very clean. Robin is a great hostess and makes sure that you have everything you need. This is the second time we've rented from her and we highly recommend dealing with her. She responds quickly to any questions you may have and makes sure everything goes smoothly during your stay. We'd definitely stay here again when we visit Arizona!
This was the best condo we have ever vacationed at. The pictures (which are very nice) do not do this place justice. It is even nicer. Robin was outstanding to work with throughout the process. We were greeted with flowers, fruit, chocolate and beer from our native Wisconsin. She could not have been more kind or accommodating. Despite being located on McKellips, this was extremely quiet. The location is perfect and we will definitely stay here again. I would give Robin and her condo 10 stars if we were given the choice.

Excellent location! Close to everything without being too busy. This condo and surroundings are very safe and clean. We stayed the month of January. Everything you could need is provided, minus your food. Robin is very attentive to anything you might need. She can also suggest any dining options in the area. I highly suggest this condo to anyone wanting a home feel while away from home. Then again maybe not, we may want it ourselves again!
This was our family's second stay at Robin's townhouse -- this time we stayed for five months. Robin is a wonderful and accommodating host. The townhouse is very clean -- I highly recommend Robin's housekeeper for interim cleanings during extended stays. Our daughters enjoyed the community pool and the house is in a very quiet, clean neighborhood perfect for evening walks. The house is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants with easy freeway access to Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Chandler. You can get to just about anywhere in central Phoenix, Scottsdale or Chandler in 20-25 minutes. Don't feel like, though, you have to leave the area for good food! There are many neighborhood restaurants within a couple of miles that serve excellent Thai, Mexican and American food. (Be sure to try the shrimp and salmon tacos at Boca Taqueria on Greenfield and Brown and the Pad Thai at 5R Cha on Recker and McKellips.) There are several golf courses in the area, a couple within a mile and great hiking is just a 10-15 minute drive away. Coming for Spring Training? At least two of the stadiums are about a15 minute drive.
Our family from the east met with 2 families from the west coast for a stay in Phoenix to attend spring training games and a visit to Sedona. This unit was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. Robin and her husband are excellent property managers and checked with us before, during and after our stay as they made sure all our needs were met. Thanks again. So we give the highest recommendation for those looking for a great place to stay.
This condo is exactly as pictured with great spaces for relaxing and gathering. Robin was wonderful! She is super responsive and easy to work with. We appreciated her welcome gifts (thank you again, Robin!) and the info binder. I would stay in this condo again. Kitchen was well-equipped. Convenient location. This beautiful condo is exactly as pictured. The owner, Robin, was wonderful to work with. We walked in and felt right at home. The location was close enough to a freeway to allow us to get to site-seeing locations very easily. I hope we can return and stay in this condo again. Our 4 night stay in the condo was very enjoyable. The grandkids loved the community heated pool and spa. It was an easy drive to the Zoo and Science Center. Robin is a great host and looked after all our needs. The condo is clean and well set up with lots of living room furniture and even pool toys for kids. We recommend to anyone with a family. We stayed 6 nights and enjoyed our stay at the condo. We found it clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We vacationed during November and were pleasantly surprised that the pool was heated and well-kept. While we were there, the cable box broke, and we were grateful for the quick response by the owner. She arranged for the cable guy to show up on Thanksgiving Day to replace it. I appreciated that she got it up and running again for us again so quickly. If we visit Mesa again, we will definitely stay here again!

My family and I loved this rental. It was clean, safe, and comfortable. We traveled to Mesa with our twin 2 year old daughters to visit their great grandpa. The owner was very prompt to respond to emails and accommodating to our arrival and departure time. Once we got into the rental we were amazed with the amount of space we had and how clean it was. It is located next to a busy street which I thought would be noisy. This was not the case. I would recommend this renal to anyone.
My wife and I have spent several winters in this Condo. It is very well located in terms of all amenities, including restaurants, shopping and golfing. The Condo is very spacious and I appreciate the garage. The landlord is always very responsive to any issue that may arise. I would recommend this rental to my friends
My siblings and I were visiting Mesa to celebrate our aunt's 99th birthday. We heard of VRBO and decided to give it a try. Well, the condo couldn't have been more perfect for the five of us! Robin is an absolute doll and her place is exactly as advertised; very clean, stocked with amenities, great location, comfortable beds, lovely back yard; and she even had goodies and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived! We will definitely return to Robin's place when our Teta turns 100!

We rented this condo for 17 days in July. We loved it. Robin is awesome. She really does everything to make your stay wonderful, including having our favorite snack, Peanut M&M's and diet coke ready for us when we arrived. The condo is very spacious and had everything we needed. The outside bbq is nice...too bad it was too hot to go out there...lol! There is a pool in the complex that our daughter enjoyed! The property is close to shopping, restaurants and just about anything you need. We look forward to being able to stay here again soon!
Thank you, Robin, for being such a gracious hostess! We enjoyed the children's and adult's snacks/beverages, the beautiful fresh flowers, and the comfort of your home. In bringing one granddaughter to visit another, the girls had lots of room to roam and play. The condo was clean and well-kept, we enjoyed movies both on regular tv and DVD, and of course short walks to swim every morning. The informational notebook was helpful, but we might add for you to include times for trash and recycling pickup. We have already referred friends to check out this property.

This condo is a GREAT stay for familes, there is plenty of space, as we were a group of 5, 2 adults, 2 children and an older teenager. The condo was clean and organized. The owner was available to meet of needs, she even asked what the kids liked (jolly rancher candy & chocolate milk) and had them in the condo upon our arrival, the kids were so surprised. The beds were comfy and the rooms had enough space. There was a dvd player with movies for all tastes. The weater was perfect, and the price was right for this condo. I will stay here again and also recommend it to others that I work with in the Airline up here in CANADA. Thanks ROBIN!
We loved our experience at this property. The owners went above and beyond to make our vacation a great one. Fresh flowers, snacks (since our plane arrived late and we didn't have time to get food on our first day), fridge full of beer/soda/juice, and pool toys for our kids to enjoy (they even asked ahead of time to get age/gender appropriate toys). The condo is quite spacious, well decorated, and equipped. We've been traveling to Phoenix for Spring Training for a decade and this was far and away the best experience and value.
My family and I had a great time at this Mesa condo. The location was perfect and the owners were great to work with. We would definitely stay there again.
The unit is very well appointed with lots of space. The landlady was very cordial and flexible in meeting our needs. The property was very clean and well-maintained. The location is great for freeway access as well as central to Mesa locations. The only problem with the unit is that the master bedroom is on a busy street although it is very quiet between 10pm and 6am. We would not hesitate to stay again at this location were it not for the location of the master bedroom on the street.
We stayed in your condo for one month and truly enjoyed our visit. It was comfortable, close to points of interest and easily accessible from all major highways. "Try It, You Will Like It!"
