One Bedroom Lodge in Monte Rio

Deposits & Cancellation Policies:

• Reservations are secured by one night advance deposit plus tax.
• There will be no refund for early departures, unused nights, or room cancellations at the time of check-in.
• If notification of cancellation is given prior to two weeks from the scheduled date of arrival, then a $25.00 cancellation fee is applied per room.
• If notification of cancellation is given less than two weeks from the scheduled date of arrival, then there will be a one night charge per room.
