A credit card will hold your unit. Cancellation is required 72 hours before arrival during regular season, with and $25 cancellation fee. If not cancelled before 72 hours the desposit will not be refuned. During heavy periods or special events and you do not show for the time you have reserved we will charged for the entire stay. If we are able to re-book then we will refund, except the deposit the balance - only if we can re-book your room and there will be a $25 cancellation fee. |
