Follow these rules to be a considerate guest and avoid any issues during your stay.

Additional rules
1. Maximum 7 people, after 6 guests $60 per person per night. 2. Quiet hours from 10:00 pm - 6:00 am, 3. No outdoor warming fires at any time! We are in high hazard fire zone, 4. Pets additional fee $150 per stay. 5. No cancelations due to smoke or air quality under 200 (AirNow.gov). 6. $500 cleaning fee for glass found in the spa. 7. $500 fine for staying at the property with more people than shown in the reservation. 8. $500 fine for noise complaint submitted to the police during quiet hours. 9. $500 fine for copyright infringement complaint (DMCA) using house network. 10. $500 fine for smoking detected inside property.

Maja’s place was just like the pictures. It was peaceful, spacious and surrounded by beautiful nature up in the mountains. We also appreciated her helping us navigate through the snow and answering all of our questions. Plus she keeps lots of spices in stock!

Excellent property and host! Loved our time here and will definitely come back! Maja was easy to talk to and very accommodating for our family and our dog. The house is spacious while being cozy, tucked away from the main roads with great views.
