This two story home has 360 degree views to enjoy sunrise and sunset from decks on both sides of the home. The living room on the ground floor has a sofa - bed equipped with a Smart TV with Netflix / Prime TV, and upstairs has a kitchen, two very spacious rooms with king-size beds and access to two terraces, as well as a comfortable shared bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals, with basic ingredients and drinking water for your use. You can count on fast internet and a sound system.
We provide quality towels, bathroom essentials and bed linen to ensure a comfortable stay. You will have access to the pool, the playground, the gardens and palapas, the barbecue and all the outdoor facilities.

Check-inn: from 3:00 p.m. but you can arrive earlier subject to availability and agreement with the administration one day before.
Check out: at 11:00 a.m. but you can stay longer subject to availability and agreement with the administration one day before.
If you arrive after 6:00 p.m., it is important to notify us at least one day in advance so that we can agree where to leave the key.
If you invite people to the house that are not included in the reservation, you must inform us and eventually buy a day pass for them. After 10:00 p.m., peace and tranquility reign in Utopia and parties are not allowed.
COVID-19: We ask that you notify us immediately if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone infected with COVID-19, to protect staff and other guests. We have a wide range of deliveries and home services so you don't have to go out. (See below)
Pets: if you bring pets, we will ask for a guarantee deposit of $1,500.00Mxp upon arrival. You will get it back if we find the beds and sofa free of pet hair, and if your pet did not cause any damage in the house.
