We are situated in the center of Oberstdorf, ca. 8 min. from the ice-ring. And the Nebelhorn cable car.

Oberstdorf has everything to offer for you. We basically invented “wanderlust”.-. The guest house “zur Färbe”, situated in the heart of Oberstdorf at a sunny spot with a beautiful lawn in front of the house. Ideal for skiers and as a starting point for many hikes, mountain tours and activities.

Oberstdorf is a hiking destination and skiing resort. It is situated at the north side of the alps. We are a lovely mountain resort surrounded by nature.

Policies

This is a short version of the hotel law and the house rules:

When you book a room, even by just telephone and I acknowledge it, we have a contract.
I have to give you a room and you have to come and pay for the room.
If you do not arrive, you still have to pay 90% of the room rate. If I can rent the Appartement, I will wire the overpaid amount to your account.
We always recommend an insurance, so in case of illness you get the due money from the insurance company.
All guests have to separate the rubbish in different bins ( plastic, bio, paper, tetra pack).
Please listen to TV, radio, etc just with room volume.
For smoking please use the balcony.
We do not accept animals
