Booking fee of $120 per reservation. The booking fee is not refundable.
A $60 discount is offered for rent payments made by eCheck or check.
Included:
Linens & bath towels are included. The sheets are fresh & clean, already on the beds when you arrive. We supply quality bath towels. This is VERY different than other condos.
All household supplies are provided: toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, cleansers, kitchen sponges, permanent coffee filter. We supply salt, pepper and sugar packets. Every bath has a hair dryer.
Please, bring your own beach towels, we do not provide those. And we do not provide personal toiletries such as lotion or shampoo, just FYI.
Restrictions:
Smoking is allowed outside on the balconies. Please do not smoke inside the condo or building.
Unfortunately no pets.
We are a multi-generational luxury family condo. Not appropriate for single adult party groups.

First, the condo is amazing. Clean, modern, all amenities. We were a group of 8 men away for a weekend -- we had plenty of room - great spaces for gathering/getting some quiet time - wonderful ocean front location (doors open/ocean breeze/ocean sounds)! When we closed up the doors - silence. We did not hear our neighbors or the boardwalk while the doors were closed. Kitchen and baths are modern - kitchen is FULLY stocked - right down to all of the utensils and coffee grinder! That was great for us - we ended up cooking most of our meals (sorry restaurant owners) and spent our mealtime connecting as we all ate together at the very large (seats 12+) dining room table. We have not stayed in other units at Somerset - but already know we prefer 201 - many of us are smokers and 201 has a larger balcony/lanai oceanfront than 301 or 401. Laura was outstanding to work with. She has a complete and very thorough package that she sent as soon as she received our payment. Very detailed instructions with photos to help us locate the property and parking on arrival. There are VERY SPECIFIC instructions about how to leave everything on checkout ... NOT COMPLICATED ... we followed the instructions and we had our security deposit refunded the next day. We have already booked for 2018 and look forward to a long relationship with Laura and her husband. Note: We did call about one plumbing issue during our trip - Laura offered to send someone immediately - it was minor and we were fine working with it "as is" and I'm sure she's already had it fixed by now ... I just cannot say enough how impressed I am with her responsiveness and ease ... It was a great experience for us.
We travel extensively, and while our preferred mode is five-star hotels, we sometimes go the "self-catered" route, staying in privately owned vacation rentals. About once every three years, we come to Ocean City during Easter Break for a quick family getaway. At the risk of sounding jaded, I must admit that it takes a lot to impress us. We've experienced every level of vacation rental, from the rustic cabin on a secluded New York lake-front, to an ocean-front villa in Hawaii. We've stayed in several "upscale" rentals in Ocean City over the years - but none can compare to this property. Every detail has been lovingly addressed by the owners, making the unit feel more like a home than a vacation rental. We genuinely felt like Laura's guests, from the moment we inquired about the property until the days after we checked-out. She made the rental experience easy and comfortable - and the accommodations were as spotless and sparkling as any Four Seasons suite. There were only three of us on this trip - but the unit could easily accommodate a dozen people without feeling cramped - and the Boardwalk location makes for great sunrises and people-watching from the balcony. Truly, this is a gem.
Great location and very nice place. We had everything we needed for a great beach trip. My brother in law is a bit of a kitchen nut - and he was raving about how well equipped the kitchen was in terms of the quality and availability of tools, pots, etc. My elderly father in law really liked the elevator and boardwalk access - and he got confident enough that he even went out once without his walker or a wheelchair - which is a big deal for him. There is everything you need right on the boardwalk within a block or two, and our teens loved the freedom of being able to go out for a stroll or to the beach and just use the door pin to get in. We will be planning to come back.
Laura was wonderful in accommodating us last minute as our previous vacation plans had fallen through. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. It was huge and well appointed. Other than a few groceries and personal items, we needed nothing - so much attention to the little details of things you might need. Having 2 parking spots so close was super convenient. We have stayed in many places in many countries in our travels and this apartment is right up there with the best. Feel free to book this with confidence that the arrangements are easy and no fuss, including getting into the apartment. It is a great location, especially during the busy summer months as you are right on the boardwalk close to everything.
The owner was great to work with and the condo is better than the pictures. It is in a great location with loads of space and everything you need for a great stay in OCMD.
This is an absolute gem of a house. Way better looking than the pictures. Extremely spacious, tons of storage space. Very well stacked kitchen. Three spacious beautifully decorated bathrooms. Everything in the house is high end and very tastefully decorated. And nothing can beat the location. Right on the Boardwalk. Close to everything and Oceanfront view!!!! Icing on the cake was our wonderful host Laura. Laura is the most professional and prompt host that I had the pleasure of dealing with. She gave prompt and detailed instructions. Was always available and extremely polite. We were there during Hermine and she kept sending updates and kept reassuring us that we are going to survive the storm. We shared the house with three families and there was enough space for everyone. The house has enough board games that all of us were able to entertain ourselves with those and the TV with premium channels and did kill each other in spite of being stuck indoors for whole of Saturday. We will definitely come back here. Another plus point is the house is 18 minutes away from Assateague!!
Believe all the rave reviews on this place. It is every bit as wonderful as everyone is claiming. We filled this place to capacity with 12 members of our extended family and there was still plenty of room for everyone. The entire place was clean and in great condition, all the amenities you would need, and you couldn't ask for a better location. The only problem with this condo is that it was so nice, I never wanted to go anywhere. I was happy just sitting on the awesome front balcony, reading, enjoying the ocean view, and people-watching. Not only have I recommended this place to all my friends and co-workers, but our whole family is already talking about making plans to stay here again next year.
This is one of the nicest places in Ocean City. The place is super spacious and has all the amenities you could ask for. They even have beach chairs and boogie boards to use. The place is very clean and the location can not be beat. Laura was an absolute pleasure to work with and even recommended great places to eat. The highest praise I can give is that I have already recommended this place to all my friends and family! Thank you Laura for everything!
This is the second year staying at Somerset @2nd Condo for our annual ladies weekend. The unit is great! The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of room for our group of 11. Location, location, location! You can't beat it.
