Room Rates
Room rates do not include tax. Tax rates are subject to change without notice.

Acceptable Forms of Payment
We accept all major credit cards, cash, money order, cashier's check and traveler's checks. We do not accept personal or business checks.

Guarantee and Deposits
Reservations must be guaranteed with either a major credit card or a one night advanced deposit. Deposits may be refundable if notice of cancellation is received within the designated time frame.

Check-in and Check out Times
Resort Check in time is 3:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM. Early check in or extended check out is based on availability and may be subject to additional charges.

Cancellation Policy
A 48 hour cancellation policy applies to all reservations unless otherwise stipulated in Group Contracts.

Additional Occupants/Children
Additional occupants will be subject to a $15 per person, per night charge. Children under 16 stay free with parents.

Rollaway Beds/Cribs
Rollaways are available at $10.00 per bed, per night. Cribs are available at no charge. Requests for Rollaways and/or Cribs are required at the time the reservation is completed to insure availability.

Pets
Small pets are welcome with a $50 refundable deposit and $10 pet charge per night.
