Mediterranean Sunrise 1 BR Holiday Rental Apartment is a small luxury holiday-letting set in the heart of Oroklini Village approximately 6k from Larnaca Town Centre.  Larnaca airport is only a twenty minute car journey away.  The complex comprises 42 apartments with large swimming pool, children’s pool and jacuzzi.  There are communal changing rooms and showers for you use at the pool side and sun loungers are provided with sunshine almost guaranteed.

This is a spacious first floor Apartment is furnished to a high standard, fully air conditioned and sleeping four adults comfortably.  The lounge comprises double sofa bed and two seater sofa, TV and DVD player, extendable dining table with four chairs and cd player.  The kitchen includes fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven with ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board and a washing machine.  In the bedroom we have two single beds, bed side cabinet and large fitted wardrobes.   There is additional storage and hanging space in the hallway.  The family bathroom comprises wc, sink, bath with overhead shower.

The lounge and the bedroom open on to the spacious balcony where a further table and chairs and two sun loungers are provided for your use.

Fresh towels and linen are provided for our guests on arrival and the apartment is thoroughly cleaned after every visit.  We have a property management team on hand who will arrange to meet with you upon your arrival to hand over keys and show you around the apartment.  They are also available should you experience any problems related to the apartment during you stay.  They will be happy to arrange for airport pickups and welcome pack. s subject to a further charge payable locally direct to them.
