Villas Nardine are villas with pool for holiday in Salento near the sea, located in the small seaside resort of Gorgognolo (in Ostuni seaside): a strategic point to reach the historical center of the White City and other famous places of Salento to visit during your holiday.
The villas are about 700 metres far from this small beach (with sand and rocks) located along a characteristic stretch of the Adriatic Sea.
There are four housing units; in one of them the owners live. The other three villas for rent have all own entrance.
The guests dispose of common pool (belonging only to the four housing units) next to villas Nardine and surrounded by the characteristic landscape of the area.

The prices do not include the cost of electricity, water and gas (weekly forfeit 30,00 euro). A prepayment of 60,00 euro is required for the villa cleaning the owners will deal with at the end of the rental period. |

REMAINING PERIODS - except holidays period
Reservations in August have to be made for a minimum of two weeks, either the first two weeks, or the last two weeks of the month. Otherwise, it is possible to reserve for three consecutive weeks. |
