I purchased the property in 2011 and completely gutted and renovated this unit recently so everything is brand new and the furnishings are contemporary. I live in Wyoming and work as an engineer in Cheyenne, the capital. My plan is to eventually retire and move to this condo in Florida so, in the meantime, I am renting it out to anyone who is looking to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine and beaches.
