We go to Palm Desert every year for a golf tournament and discovered David\'s condos years ago. We are now \"Regulars\" and will not rent from anyone else. The condos are always very clean, kitchen stocked, nicely decorated and there is enough room for 2, 4 or 6 of us. We enjoy the large layouts and the easy access to the pools and outdoor lounging. This year we encouraged some other friends to rent from David too and they loved it as well. We will continue to rent every year from David because we know exactly what we are getting!
We rented David\'s condo to bring two of my grandkids back from a visit in Ca and met my daughter and my other grandchild there later in the week who came from Phoenix to pick them up. It was the perfect location. We spent a week there with the kids we were bringing back and the accommodations were awesome. The 12 year old got her own room with bathroom and the 6 year old had the den which had a pull out couch. They both had their own televisions which was a big plus for them There was everything we needed. It was great to have a table for 4 in the breakfast nook as we used the dining table to build a big puzzle. I have rented before through VRBO and this condo was the best equipped of anything I have rented. Although we didnt use it there was even a porta crib. There were great pool floats and toys for the kids and the pool was right next to the condo. It was very quiet as well. We will definitely be back and will recommend any of David\'s properties to family and friends. We got home last night and I already have my deposit back. A1 place to stay!
This condo is amazing! The location next to the pool is wonderful. We had every breakfast outside on our patio. The furnishings are all brand new and the beds are very comfortable. We will definitely be coming back to stay again very soon. David was so easy to work with and I already have the deposit back!! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful property with us.

David\'s condo was home for 4 weeks and we loved it, so we have made reservations again for later this year. The condo was very clean, excellent location, new furniture and beds sooo comfy, the kitchen is a dream and fully stocked with beautiful dishes, pots and pans and all the things we needed. We loved the BBQ and did most of our ccoking there. David called to see if everything was Okay once we were there, he keeps on top of things and is like a friend. The bikes were great to see the resort and being right at the pool was a bonus. It is top notch all the way. We have recommended David\'s properties to others as well, but hopefully there will still be room for us. Can\'t wait to go back.
