Simpatico's sleeping accommodations include a bedroom seperated by Japanese style sliding screens with tapis, king-size bed, wardrobe, vanity and night tables and reading lamps.
Located in the living area is a second sofa which converts to two very comfortable single beds. More closet space is also available.
The kitchen is modern and equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, 4-burner ceramic-glass cooktop with extraction unit, electric oven with broiler, grill and fan, multi-function microwave oven and grill, coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, juicer, hand-mixer, pots, pans, utensils, and other necessities.
The bathroom boasts ample counter space and towel rods, washing machine and drying rack, linen hamper, cupboard, toilet, and a proper ship's shower with unlimited hot water.

Reservations - Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the total cost (or a minimum of 500 €). The balance is to be paid, at the latest, on arrival plus a refundable security deposit of 1000 € which is accounted for at departure. Payment can be made (in US$ or €) by bank transfer, bank cashier's check or cash only. Times of arrival and departure - Unless otherwise noted, the time of arrival is 2pm and the time of departure is 11am. There are no extra charges for early arrivals provided that any changes are agreed to by the Owner and confirmed in writing at least 48 hours prior to arrival. In the same manner, late departures must also be confirmed in advance. |
