Cleaning Fee: $225 (add $75 if bunk house is used) + tax
Booking Deposit: $750.00 applied towards rental – bal due 30 days prior to rental

$100 additional charge per night for a 2 night renal. Needs owner approval.
$200 additional charge for a 1 night rental. Needs owner approval.

My wife and I were looking for a cabin large enough to accommodate our large family in 2011. I looked on Google Earth and it turned out there is a beautiful heavily wooded canyon that very few people know about just 7 miles east of Park City on I-80. We found a 4 year old cabin perfect for our family. We weren't thinking of renting but the previous owners had it rented for the following summer. Renting went well and we decided to keep renting to help pay for the cabin while using it ourselves.
