Cancellation policy
100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
House Rules

Check out before 10:00 AM
Maximum overnight guests: 8 (sleeps up to 8 adults)
Minimum age to rent: 21
Children allowed: ages 0-17
No pets allowed
No events allowed
Must abide by resort rules
Smoking allowed: outside
Use ONLY smoking sections outside the condo
Before checking out guest must have cleaned all dirty dishes and placed the dishwasher on before vacating.
Rental Contract must be signed and returned to owner within one week of reservation.
Refrigerator must be cleaned out with all foods thrown away. Depending on how long you are staying additional cleaning fees are incurred.
