Large house of 110m² with two bathrooms, four bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen for 8 people, two terraces south facing with garden Lounge.    The accommodation is also reversible air conditioning team.  Large living room with corner sofa, HD TV, Hifi system and a large dining table to organize your most beautiful holidays meals. A spacious kitchen with American fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, all the necessary dishes for 8 people and Senseo coffee machine. The four bedrooms are equipped with double bed, a dressing, TV and a window with a view of the garden. The two bathrooms have storage, washbasins and spacious shower. The cottages is also equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board and a drying rack. For the more sporty, the day can continue with a little bit of sport on the multi-sports field where it is possible to play soccer, basketball, volleyball, badminton ... and of course the benches for the fans. At Gîtes De Yayou you can start your day at the pool and improve your tan on the sunbeds. After the effort you have to eat and what better than a barbecue during your holidays. After a good meal you have the opportunity to visit the area with bikes that are available free of charge. But we also think to the kids with a kindergarten with slide, trampoline, swing seat ... enough to satisfy all your family. The neighborhood of the cottages are beautiful, with historic cities such as Pezenas, Beziers but also vineyards as far as the eye can see, activities such as hiking, kayaking ... and not of course the beautiful beaches. The aperitif hour is approaching, and one of the essentials of your vacation is the petanque. The petanque court is lighted to continue your petanque game until the end of the night. After another barbecue or dinner in our beautiful city of Pezenas, it's time to try the Jacuzzis heated all year and enjoy a late night with a good glass of local wine. The gîtes de Yayou are a complex of four comfortable houses in the middle of an olive trees garden with many activities. Indeed, Les Gîtes de Yayou have at your disposal a swimming pool, jacuzzis, multisports ground... Our houses can accommodate from 1 to 8 people.
