Bring your boat, you will have access to a dock that can accomodate a boat up to 25' and this vacation home is only a quarter mile to the ocean and open water. A new fish cleaning station has been added so that you can clean your catch right at the dock. It has water and a light. Cook your catch on the gas grill or let the chef at one of the numerous local restaurants prepare it for you. The plush furniture provides comfort as you and your family watch your favorite shows on the flat screen TV. A refrigerator is located in the family room for your convenience. This family room offers ample space for family members to spread out for games and fun. The fourth bedroom and third bath are located on this level. Access the upper level and kitchen from spiral stairs in the family room or from the outside stairs in the patio area. Any cook would be excited upon entering the well-equipped modern kitchen. Rate Details: Rent is $8,900 per month Dec thru Aug; $7,750 per month Sept thru Nov. *Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties. Please call the office. Additional Charges: $430 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of base rent and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $1000 with Accidental Damage Insurance or $2000 without. Utility Caps/Mo: $150 water and $250 electricity. Pet Fees: Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. If you plan to bring a pet we will need to know the breed, age, and weight. If your pet is accepted there is an additional refundable security deposit of $200 for one pet and $100 for an additional pet plus an additional $45 departure cleaning fee.
Optional Insurances: Accidental Damage: $45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay.

Welcome to Keys Holiday Rentals website. We represent properties in the captivating Islands of the Upper Keys - Key Largo, Plantation, Tavernier, Islamorada. They are located a little over an hours' drive south, southwest of Miami, Florida. The Keys are known for their casual lifestyle, crystal clear waters, spectacular snorkeling and diving, and as the fishing capital of the world.
We had a wonderful time at plantation key house! Our whole family enjoyed the pool, the kayaks, and the tiki bar! Very convenient to rent extra kayaks across the street. We did have some issues with things that were worn out from the hurricane- Andi and her team were right on the situation to replace things so our vacation would be great. God bless all the Keys who survived this hurricane, the damage to some areas was pretty bad- and making this area a wondering place to come and relax.
We loved the house and pool/hot tub. The tiki bar was fun and festive. The house had everything imaginable as far as amenities. It was conveniently located to restaurants although we cooked most of our meals at the house (two gas grills provided). Inside staircase was nice touch (unusual in the keys). The keyless entry was very convenient and secure. The master bed was very comfortable. Keys Holiday Rental has an excellent and professional staff. They will answer any and all questions in a timely manner.
