He Newport House is just 1 year old and close to restaurants, dining, the beach and family-friendly activities. The Newport House is in town and only 2 blocks from the beach. You will absolutely love the location! Our place is good for couples and families with kids. Once you return from your daily activities, you will find a comfortable outdoor sitting area for grilling and relaxing.
Guests have access to WiFi, cable, pool, patio and quick beach access.
Upon reserving the space we will contact you with instructions on how to enter the property the day before your arrival.
You can take the shuttle for .25 cents around Port Aransas. The area is excellent for riding bikes, walking, jogging, or driving a golf cart around.
Price per night / week includes 13% hotel / motel tax.
Check-in time is 2PM - 12AM (midnight).

Smoking is prohibited in unit at any time, you may smoke outside the unit at the sitting area and please dispose of cigarette butts properly. No pets at ANY time. Trash goes under stairs in the provided blue container. When using the pool be sure and wear you blue wrist band that is provided in the unit and follow all pool rules. You must be 25 years old to rent.
