The estate of Villa Tanja is located on a 4000 sqm private property. The upper part of the garden is planted and put up very effortful, the lower part is unspoilt. The apartment is in the ground floor of the 2-floored building. The upper floor as a part of the garden are used and inhabited by the owners. The apartment has 65 sqm and has a living-/dining room with fully equipped kitchen lane, 2 sleeping rooms (one with twin beds (2 x 2 meters) and one with a french bed (1,60 x 2 meters)), a spacious bathroom with bathtub, extra shower, toilet and washbasin as well as a 80 sqm large covered sun terrace facing to the south with view to the ocean. Next to our property there are only some private holiday homes from Atheneans, which they find their rest here. There are plenty of super markets, discounters, bakerys, butcher shops and also small grocerys with local product in Porto Heli - you will find, whatever you are looking for. If you rather go out for lunch or dinner, there are also many small taverns - some directly at the beach -or higher quality restaurants in the nearer surroundings. We can give you some suggestions for shopping and dining, when you stay with us.
