Server-buffet table has a wine bottle storage , silverware and extra linens for the formal dinners. Sliding glass doors also lead out to the pool and lanai. The kitchen has a stove,double door refrigerator ,dishwasher,and microwave. Two set of dishes and silverware and pots and pans,coffee maker,baking dishes and knifes and many more things furnish the kitchen New kitchen table with four chairs and four bar stools that match Guest room 1 offers a walk in closet, 37'' LED TV, queen bed and all new bedding.,1 night stand and dresser with mirror Guest bedroom #2 has a walk-in closet and a double bed. There is a dresser and a new LED 32 TV. There is also a queen air mattress for extra guest. The 2nd bathroom has a shower-tub and vanity and toilet. There is an exterior door that leads out to the lanai and pool. The lanai has a table and chairs and a new BQ. There is also beach towers and chairs. Speakers outside on the lanai and light in the pool make nice to listen to music and take a evening dip. Lawn care and pool services are provided.

Another wonderful stay at this property! It feels like home when we walk in, everything is thoughtfully done and the house is stocked with all necessities. The saltwater pool is always warm and ready for a nice swim and the beach towels are close by. Whether you want to grill out or eat out everything is close by and handy. The Wi-Fi works great, so you are always connected.
The home was perfect for what we were looking for. Everything you would need is there. Really enjoyed the swimming pool and the quiet surroundings. Would love to come back and spend longer next time.
We absolutely loved our stay in your home. We were 2 miles from our sons family that we were visiting and had such a wonderful time. Your home is so beautiful, clean and comfortable. Girl's getaway for 10days in Florida. This is the 3rd time we've used a VRBO for vacationing. This home is BY FAR the best one we've stayed in. The home is lovely with plenty of space for everyone. It has the perfect layout and it is immaculate! Everything you might need is available for your use. We made great use of the huge kitchen and the TV room/Netflix. The master bedroom/giraffe guest room beds were nice and firm. We loved having access to the guest bathroom from the pool area. I can't think of anything we would change!
This is the 3rd time we have rented this lovely property. It is always clean and decorated tastefully. The landscaping is beautiful.The pool is great and the owner's sister takes care of it once a week. The kitchen is large, updated and completely stocked with all cooking utensils and dishes. The location is perfect for anywhere we might want to go, and if we're staying home, the back yard and pool are private. There was area info, bikes, books, games, WiFi, and TV's a plenty in this home. It is truly a great winter getaway for us.We will be back.
