The owner's house is 1440 sq. ft. with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room with cable TV. There is a deck with outside dining and barbecue. If desired, A/C is available for $25/day. Maximum occupancy is six. No pets allowed. (Preference given to weekly rentals.)
One complimentary boat slip per cabin. The house is Non-smoking. Mid-week service on linens available for a nominal charge. Rates subject to change. Rates subject to state and local taxes.
