Backyard deck with BBQ, hammocks and easy access to roof-top terrace, overlooking 1/2-acre botanical garden with tropical fruits (avocados, bananas, citrus, papaya, passion-fruit - in season) and tranquil Zen fish-pond. Lots of birds, geckos, Coquis, and occasional bats, toads, and iguanas. Property owner and caretaker/host lives next-door with seven (7) rescue cats (Baybee, Mamacita, Frankie, Sylvester, Sir Nigel, Phreddy and Rocky) that enjoy the rental property as well. Inquiries from feline-friendly, non-smokers only considered. Rental proceeds and donations support Puerto Rico's "Save-A-Gato" foundation and feral feline rescue efforts.
