A very short walk on the beach to the left is the small marine area. Here you can arrange for trips to Desecheo Island with Taino Divers, and stop at the Shipwreck, Copa Llena, NEW Club Nautico, or La Ancla beach bar for a drink and a bite to eat . The house faces the west so sunsets are just amazing! This is a unique rental as this is NOT a condo or a shared property. Only you and your house guests will be renting this private 1/4 acre facility. The newly renovated Rincon Town Center, is just about 1 mile walk from Por fin tres palmas house. Many locals have recently set up shops and restaurants in this beautiful square. Stroll aound the center to see the local aritsans displays every Thursday evening at the Art Walk and every Sunday morning at the Farmers Market to bring home some unique gifts. Check out the locals playing dominos in the square. Private home Private pool: This is a private home, not a condo or town house. The grounds and the pool are for the use of the guests in your group only. There are no other apartments on the grounds. All beaches are open to the public in Puerto Rico, but this is a quiet beach. You may see people strolling by, but definitely no crowds here! We have ADDITIONAL UNITS AVAILABLE close by in the event your group grows after telling them about your Rincon vacation! My husband and I first came to Rincon in 1994. We were blessed in 1999 when we found this beachfront home, and immediately knew it was for us. We have done extensive remodeling to the villa and the grounds and are constantly upgrading the accommodations. We moved here in 2001 and spend most of the fall and winter here. We return to NJ for the summer months. We love sharing the villa and meeting guests from around the world.
My family and I stayed at Anna’s place for a week and had a wonderful time. The location couldn’t be more perfect. Behind the house is the best place to snorkel! If you prefer not to snorkel you can watch incredible sunsets, dolphins and sea turtles from the deck. Walkable distanxe to bars and restaurants. The house was kept in good condition and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The house had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. Anna was very communicative and friendly. Would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Rincon.
Really enjoyed staying in this house. Great layout with en-suite bathroom for each bedroom. Common area is small but most of the time is spent outdoors. The pool is small but great for kids and cooling off. Mango trees on property are a bonus! Very convenient location to all other Rincon beaches and restaurants. It’d be great if the owners provided more information on the house (had to really search for the dryer) or local area. The house could also use more towels. All in all, I would recommend!
We stayed here with 2 other couples in March 2019. The home was perfect, pool was warm, and the beach was awesome. The snorkeling in front of the house was the highlight of our trip - it was among the best of the snorkeling areas we have visited. Anna was very responsive to the questions we had and provided excellent recommendations for the area.
Beautiful property Great location. Beach recommend beach shoes and snorkel gear to experience the reef right outside the back door. Very surreal will definitely recommend to stay here They provide everything you need to cook a great meal. Loved my Rincon experience
You can eat breakfast at the outdoor bar overlooking the waves at this oceanfront home. Easy entry for amazing snorkeling right in front of the house. It is a short walk down the beach to Steps Beach for swimming, and there is a rental shop there with snorkeling equipment if you don’t have your own. The pool is clean and well maintained, as are the furnishings. The marina with paddle boards rental, parasailing, and restaurants is a one minute drive, and the Carta Buena smoothie cart is a short walk up the block. There is a/c in each bedroom but one the units could use some TLC as it runs quite loudly and squealing, enough to bother me as a light sleeper but my husband did not notice it. Bring earplugs.
