    Description

    Upper bedroom with two queen size beds , master queen bed , single sofa bed in foyer, queen sofa bed in middle room living and lots of air beds and linens. Guess must bring their own beach towels no Sanders shoes allowed in the house please.
    The space
    two bedrooms converts to a three bedroom by using a large screens provided next to the TV. Sleeps large groups of people randomly, very comfortable very people friendly. Quiet with loud waves and amazing views
    Guest access
    Guests have available a full equipped oceanfront extra-large home with fireplace outdoor seating large tables plenty of patio seating and living room seating, fire pit, deluxe gourmet kitchen fully equipped.
    Other things to note
    There is full Wi-Fi and everything is user-friendly . There are three TVs Direct tv's a fireplace, large gourmet kitchen, air beds sleeps 10 to 12 people comfortably. Complete privacy for 6 persons. After 14 persons random sleeping. Queen beds single sofa beds. And all air beds queen. Plenty of linens blankets. Pillows. Etc.

    DIRECTIONS TO VILLA :
    Take the 5 or the 805 to the Mexican border stay on the far right lane and take the right fork .  
    Ensenada ROSARITO. Playas. Drive up and down the hills  while in the RIGHT LANE and make  your FIRST   RIGHT turn.  
    There will be a fork , Playas on the right ROSARITO  Ensenada. Toll road  CUOTA. LEFT FORK. TAKE THAT !! Pay 2.00 toll.  
    The first exit is. LA JOLLYA the second is. Mine. PUNTA BANDERA/ PUNTA DEL MAR. IS. MINE.  exit go down hill to the END.  
    TO THE GATE AND THE GUARD WILL MEET U and open the gate.  
    There is a key And remote for you on the kitchen counter inside the house # 16. Front row.
