We have an AWESOME PRIVATE POOL and FREE! 2 PADDLE BOARDS AND 2 KAYAKS. The 6 bedroom 6 bathroom house is furnished with the best custom hand built furniture. Each room has its own private sitting area and or outdoor shower, making it easy to stay with large groups.

From the roof deck you have a spectacular view of Caye Caulker. This fantastic villa is close enough to town to easily enjoy all of the restaurants and activities offered in San Pedro, but far enough away from the noise to relax and enjoy the pure tranquility of the ocean.
MOM GETS TIME OFF! Your own private chef will provide breakfast and dinner and will clean up the dishes! This is living!
Enjoy a leisurely walk along the beach, a dip in the private pool, world-class bone and permit fishing right off the beach or take a swim in the caribbean ocean right off of the beach. We can set you up to fish right off the beach and the chef will cook up the catch. Or have the caretaker take you out on the boat (extra fee) and fish and snorkel or dive off of a PRIVATE BOAT!
There is easy access to and from town either by bicycle, golf cart, or taxi.
The roof deck provides the perfect place to watch the sunrise over the Caribbean, or unwind after a hard day of play and watch the amazing sunsets over the unobstructed views of the Caribbean, lagoon and the Marco Gonzalas Mayan Ruin less that 1/2 mile from the house. Pull up a deck chair and watch the osprey that nest in the tree behind the house.
THE ENTIRE LUXURY VILLA is rented (6 Bedrooms, 6 Baths, 1 large living area downstairs and a private living area in the owners suite, an inviting Game Room/Bar area on the second floor and a Kitchen wall/bar that opens up to the pool area.)
Hibiscus House can sleep up to 18 with 6 bedrooms, 6 baths.
We have a 1-1/2' thick solid hand made chechem/zerocote dining table in the first floor grand dining area that will accommodate your entire dinner party or a large wedding party. Or have the table set on the roof and have your wedding reception on the roof. We welcome families, couples, singles, children of all ages and of course wedding parties.
SLEEPING AT THE HOUSE
We do not charge additional per person, and the house has beds for maximum 18 if you sleep 2 on each of 2 sofa beds, which are located in the common living room areas of the main villa. Here is how the sleeping arrangements break out:

Second Floor 4) Master: kind bed (sleeps 2) Jack and Jill Bath +Large Outdoor Deck with lagoon and Caribbean Views and café table
Second Floor 5) Kids bed: queen bed (sleeps 2) twin bottom twin top bunk bed (sleeps 2) Uses jack and jill bath of room 4. No deck.
Second Floor 6) Owners Suite Master; King Bed (sleeps 2) + Sleeper Sofa (sleeps 2) in private living room with TV. + Outdoor deck access + Amazing Views of the Caribbean. Spacious shower and toilet, and a living room.
Free! We have 2 double seat tandem Kayaks, and 2 Stand Up Paddle Boards for your use. They will be on the beach waiting for you.
We will also have your first dinner for Free! waiting for you when you arrive we can make most anything for your group. Belizian Fish, Stewed Chicken with fresh fruit and Vegetables? What can we make for you?
ARRIVAL
We will be there to meet you!
Your international flight would be to Goldson International Airport in Belize City (airport code BZE). Once at Goldson Int'l airport, there are 2 options to get you over to the island Ambergris Caye: commuter flight or public water taxi (by boat).
1) The commuter flight (ca. 15min) to Ambergris Caye (approx US$75/person each way based on one-way; US$72.50 based on RT). You can make your reservations on Tropic air, or if you prefer not to have to pay for the full group fare in advance, we’d be happy to make your reservation for you if you provide us the names in your party and your US flight arrival info. You'll pay for the flight when you check in at the Tropic Air counter after clearing customs (each person can pay their own).
2) The least expensive option is to take a public water taxi which can take 1.25 – 2 hours depending on stops/passengers at Caye Caulker.
We can arrange to have taxis waiting to transport you from San Pedro airstrip or water taxi stop to the villa. They are $25/taxi and can transport 4-6 people each depending on your luggage. We can also help line up golf cart rentals and have them waiting when you arrive to drive back to the house.
GETTING TO TOWN
You can get to downtown San Pedro in about 15 min by golf cart or taxi. But there are great cafes, bars, restaurants, shops all along the way to downtown.
