There is satellite TV, DVD player, CD player and books collection. The bathroom has a bath with Jacuzzi and shower, hairdryer, wash-hand basin and toilet. Villa has one bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and safe deposit box. The other bedrooms have two single beds and a wardrobe.
The floor consists of an open plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, blender, stove, oven, freezer, toaster, coffee machine and a full range of cooking equipment and utensils. The lounge area has tastefully decorated with wood and cane furniture and it also has a fireplace.
