It is important to mention that our services are not “all-inclusive”, that is, the condo is rented out as a vacation home; we don’t have bellboy service or delivery of food and beverages. The experience that we are offering is that you may enjoy your vacations as if you were at home. Your rate includes 300 pesos per week for electricity; if you exceed that amount, you will be charged the difference upon your departure. Finally, it is important to note that our rates are low because we are in the construction process and that consequently, there will be some (moderate) noise around the project
