House Rules - PLEASE READ!
Smoking is permitted outside on the patio. Ashtrays will be provided. No smoking in the house. Your credit card will be charged $200.00 if this rule is broken.
No pets allowed unless agreed upon beforehand. IF AGREED A $75.00 charge will apply.
This is a private estate. Guest are allowed to visit, but no parties. You must inform owner when you have invited guest. Parties are a different rate from a vacation stay. That rate is $2800.00 for up to 50 people for a five-hour event and $250.00 cleaning fee. Not to go later than 10:00pm. One Day Event Insurance is required. No guest allowed during Pandemic.
Extra people in your reservation will be charged at $50.00 per person per night. An air mattress is available if needed. It is your responsibility to inflate and deflate.
No use of Jacuzzi after 11:00pm or before 9:00am unless special arrangements are made with the owner. Pool and Spa lights are on a timer. They turn off at 11:00. Text 35 minutes in winter and 20 minutes in summer before you want to take a Jacuzzi to allow for it to heat up. Please let me know when you are finished so I can turn it off. I have an app on my phone and can turn on and off if I am out. Normal use is 3 hours per day. Excessive use at $10.00 per hr.
Children are not allowed in pool or Jacuzzi or around the fire pit without adult supervision. No climbing or jumping from rock wall. Please be considerate when leaving for the day by turning off TV, lights, fans, heat or air conditioning.
No glass allowed in or around Jacuzzi or pool. Beach Towels are provided in walk-in closet. Please do not use Bath towels outside.
After 10:00pm no loud noise outside or yelling that will disturb the neighbors. Music may be played at the appropriate level after 10:00pm.
A $20.00 fee will be charged to credit card if house key is not returned.
If pool heat is requested a charge of $5.00 per hour will be charged or $50.00 for ten hours. You may choose the hours.
No one is allowed in the tree house. Due to tree recently falling it is no longer safe.
Play House: No sleeping in the playhouse. Parents must pick up children’s mess after daily use and be sure to turn off lights. Dishes need to be washed and put away upon leaving.
If outside grills are used, they need to be cleaned before leaving. Bottles, etc., must be picked up and discarded from pool and deck area before leaving. Trash cans are located behind the green fence off of the breakfast room area.
No excessive use of Jacuzzi and fire pit. If the fire pit is used, owner will operate the appropriate level of flame. Full blast of flame is not permitted. Normal use is about 3 hours per night. Do not leave gas on if you are not sitting around the fire pit or outside fireplace. A $10.00 per hour excessive fee will be charged. These fees will be charged to your credit card.

Such a great LA experience in spite of COVID. Host was so communicative and welcoming. Outdoors area gorgeous. Indoors cozy. I want to go again.

A very charming property with a lot of character! This was a perfect place for us to rent while we were in LA visiting family. The lay out of the property was perfect for us. I loved the private little cobblestone entry way. Exploring all the little gems of the property was fun too- including the secret room, the play house, and all the little side areas in the back yard to sit and relax. This was a perfect COVID friendly yard to hang out with a few of our guests - gave us plenty of space and we even enjoyed the hot tub with the peaceful waterfall in the background and sitting around the gas firepit on the cozy chairs was a nice way to end the night. Georgia was a very friendly and accommodating host- we are looking forward to our visit again!!
We were looking for a place with a pool for the weekend to break the monotony of these stay-at-home times with our two boys. We opted for the Enchanted Manor because of how unique it was and we were not disappointed. So many points of interest on the property like the hidden room, the clubhouse, the pool with its waterfalls, the firepit for roasting marshmallows, the tiki bar... Our kids will be talking about this place for years to come. Georgia was very sweet and very available by phone if we needed anything at all. Great stay!
My family and I had a wonderful long weekend! Our kids had a blast playing in the cute kids house and secret room. Our whole family enjoyed the pool while grilling out together. Everything was very clean, we had plenty of towels for the pool and our dog was able to come! We really just wanted a place to get away but not too far away and this was the perfect retreat! Georgia was a great host and very accommodating. We will definitely be booking again in the near future!
