The rate listed is for 12 max people for 5+ bedrooms 4 bathrooms which includes the main house ( 4 bedrooms/ 3 bathrooms) and the extension (one +bedroom/bathroom). If you only need the main house with 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms please notify us prior to instant booking so we can lower the rate by $200/night.
If you are planning on staying 30+ nights there are no taxes added to your monthly fees.

I stayed here with a group of 10 adults and we had the best time. The outdoor space is amazing and we had plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for all guests to comfortably stay. Sandy was great with communication. The property is conveniently located. I really cant say enough nice things about this place!
Accommodations were perfect! Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of privacy. Perfect location .
Easy to get to, convenient, close to grocery store. The property was just great, plenty of sitting space inside and out. Accommodated our large group (11 total) for the entire stay. Parking was a little trying, but we did have 3 vehicles. Sandy was great to work with and very accommodating. No issues with neighbors, however we were an older group and retired each evening around 10 pm. #SUPER #LOVEDIT
I rented the house for a pre-wedding get-together and it was absolutely perfect! The bride and groom continuously remarked that it was one of the nicest rentals they've stayed in. The yard was gorgeous with so many seating/gathering spaces and the communal space inside was wonderful as well. The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable, there were plenty of towels for the jacuzzi, and the entire house was just perfect. Sandra, the manager, was also incredibly accommodating and very responsive when I needed help with anything. I can't speak of this house highly enough. If you're considering it, don't wait!
