Majestic Beach Condo is located within Gulf Winds beachfront resort, on the beautiful St. Pete Beach, voted as #1 beach in the US by Trip Advisor in 2021.
 
Majestic Beach Condo is a clean and comfortable 1bdrm and 1bthrm accommodation.
The bedroom has a queen bed with comfortable mattress where you can relax at the of the day or take short nap during a day. The bedroom has built-in closet with drawers, shelves and hangers. We also provide luggage rack to make unpacking easier for our guests.
 
The Living room offers beautiful queen size sleeper sofa with an upgraded mattress.
 
Majestic Beach Condo offers lovely personal ambiance and unique coffee corner where you can make coffee to your personal liking - Italian or Mr. Coffee Keurig coffee, drip Mr. Coffee with few different roasts, espresso (with Nespresso machine), or French coffee press. We provide starting set of various Nespresso and k-cup capsules. We even provide cappuccino, tea or cider k-cups if those drinks that you prefer to try on your beach vacation.
 
We have new AC system with UV lights that keeps Condo nice and cool while killing bacteria and germs.
 
The balcony has two chairs and a small table - perfect for enjoying coffee, tea or a glass of wine.
 
Free high-speed internet (good for streaming or working) available throughout the property.
We provide variety of the beach gear: beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, tent, floating noodles, floats, and kids sand toys.
 
The condo located on the 2nd floor of the popular Gulf Winds Condominium Resort - NO ELEVATOR.
Our beach has soft white sand and soft turquoise Gulf water. We often see manatees, dolphins and fish swimming not far from the beach on Intercoastal passway located 5 min short walk from the Condo. It's also very conveniently located within 5 min walk to many popular St. Pete Beach restaurants.

No events allowed: Events and parties are not allowed.
 
No smoking allowed: Strict NO SMOKING policy - not in the unit, the balcony or within the Gulf Winds premises. Guests are required to step outside Condo area to smoke.
 
Parking Included: Guests will be provided an electronic parking pass for one car valid for the duration of their stay. The guest will receive 2R-U electronic parking permit. Guest must provide the following vehicle information to Owner no later than 30 minutes prior to Guest’s arrival at the Property: make, model, license plate, and registration state. The owner then will register the Guest’s car in St. Pete Beach parking permit system for the duration of the guest’s stay at the property. Majestic Beach Condo is located in the prime St. Pete Beach location so parking rules are closely monitored by the city. Guest may only park in the following designated parking area: - Places marked for 2R-U permit parking: Ave 70, Ave 69, Ave 68, Ave 67 between Sunset Way and Beach Plaza. - Paid/meter parking on Sunset Way (parking spaces #4407), Beach Plaza (parking spaces #4412), and 67th Ave (parking spaces #4410). Guest does not need to pay for parking on those locations when parking the registered vehicle. Any illegally parked cars may be subject to towing and/or fines.

Policies

Check In: 4PM - FlexibleMajestic Beach Condo has an electronic lock. Guests will be provided a lock code 1 hour prior to the start of their reservation.
Check Out: 11AM
 
No pets: pets NOT allowed. Strict Gulf Winds HOA policy. Violators are fined.
 
Minimum age limit for renters: 25
 
Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of persons allowed to stay on the Property is limited to four.
 
House Rules
* We ask that the main Guest of the booking provide a valid picture ID prior to the booking confirmation.
* I am providing the starter set of essential supplies (shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, Nespresso capsules, k-cup pods, water bottles). Additional supplies can be purchased at the local convenience store, Sunshine Convenience Mart at 6880 Gulf Blvd (open daily 6am-midnight), or in Publix, 4655 Gulf Blvd (open daily 7am-9pm).
* No smoking. No pets. No parties.
 
Payment Policy: 50% of the total payment = deposit to hold your dates.
Full balance is due 10 days prior to arrival.
 
All taxes are collected and remitted according to FL statutes and regulations.
Total 13% Tax:
- 6% tourist development tax collected by the Tax Collector for Pinellas County
- 7% sales and use tax collected by the Florida Department of Revenue
 
Refundable Damage Deposit: The Security Deposit is refundable. If damage does occur in the home, beyond the normal wear and tear, the damage deposit will be withheld for payment of damaged or missing items. Refunds will be returned within 3 days of the departure date.
 
Cancellation Policy
 
Regular policy: More than 10 days before arrival date = full refund minus 3% credit card processing fees
5-10 days before arrival = 50% refund
Less than 5 days = no refund.
 
We offer a discount for a non-refundable booking option. If interested, inquire about non-refundable discount.
 
We advise guests to purchase travel insurance. Insuremytrip.com is one of the aggregators offering a convenient way to shop for travel insurance.
 
Notes: According to local regulations. Gulf Winds HOA conducts brief monthly checks of HVAC system and replaces the filter. These usually take 3 min and are done toward the end of the month. We appreciate guests' understanding as it helps to ensure that HVAC is working for all guests.

I absolutely LOVE this condo! ” Lana’s condo is in the perfect location! It’s close to restaurants & stores but most of all THE BEACH??Lana is very helpful answering any questions so I feel right at home. I hope this condo is available if I ever need a place to stay in St Pete Beach!

Perfect location!Since I know St. Pete Beach really well, I wanted to find a place that was close to all of my favorite places. I nailed it! The condo is on the corner of the complex that has the least traffic, which is minimal in that area anyway. Parking was easy. Live music just up the street, so close to the beach, Upham park at the beach which is a hidden treasure, and so close to Gulf Blvd where many restaurants and ice cream parlors are. Corey St. has the outdoor market and great shops and restaurants. The pool at the condo was clean and pleasant. Loved it! The condo was so clean and the essentials that Lana provided were perfect! This was such a pleasant stay and I plan to stay here again on my next trip if the unit is available!

First of all, let me say that Lana's apartment was SUPER clean! I start with this point is because the first thing that I look for in any place that I stay is how clean the place is. The apartment looks exactly like on the pictures. Everything in there looks taken care of and with great care. Bottom line is, feels like home! I also loved her coffee corner. I am a big coffee fanatic and the fact that she had so much coffee to chose from, really hit the spot. The location could not be better, you are right a block from the beach. Check in was super easy, Lana is very responsive and overall an excellent host. I will definitely book again when I am in St Pete.
