Located at the south end of Mal Pais, Casa Teka was newly completed in February, 2005. Casa Teka is situated in a unique, quiet location, within just steps to the beach. Close to restaurants, stores and shops, as well as the Fish Camp where fresh fish can be purchased or sportfishing trips chartered. A little farther down the road there is a secluded beach with great snorkeling as well.
While Casa Teka is not far from many of the adventures that Mal Pais has to offer, Casa Teka provides peace and quiet away from the people and noise of the often lively town center. Located one property off the main road and one property from the beach, most often the only sounds you will hear at night are the crashing of the waves and the soothing sounds of tiny rainforest creatures with a unique design. a huge upstairs patio just off the kitchen, many large open shutter windows for enjoyment of the ocean breezes, and a sleeping loft.
