On the main floor are the master and 2 other bedrooms. The spacious and private master bedroom includes a master suite bath with large walk-in shower. The well-appointed kitchen and open living room, as well as 3 more bedrooms, are on the main floor. The "Dorm" room includes 4 twin beds and 2 trundle beds for all of the kids to stay. There is a large loft on the 3rd floor overlooking the living room with ping-pong table, a game table and 3 couches in a reading nook. There is a full laundry room and plenty of places to store your essentials and adventuring gear. The house is fully air conditioned and includes many essentials to make your stay enjoyable. Such as: • (7) Flat screen TV's, each with Cable and DVD • Well stocked Kitchen with abundant cookware and utensils. • Appliances including Keurig Coffee maker (With pods), Microwave, Crockpot(s), Instantpot, Griddle, Toaster, and more. • (6) cell phone charging bank (USB-C, Micro USB, and Apple) • Pack'n'play, high chair, stroller and baby gates • Toiletries - Including shampoo, soap and handsoap. • Board games Kids and adults will find the lava features and large pine trees to the rear of the house to be exciting to discover and play on. The soccer fields, kid’s playground, basketball courts, horseshoe pits, and tennis and pickle ball courts are all located just beyond the small hill behind the house.

Several bicycles (bring own helmets), stove has convection oven, property is on large greenbelt area with unique exploring opportunities for kids of all ages beyond which is a large family oriented park with ball fields, courts, bicycle trails etc. Privacy is provided by pine tree covered hill behind house. Deer and elk (depending on the season) often sleep under the trees and feed on wild vegetation. See photos

Contact owner for required Rental Agreement with departure instructions and info on passes for the twelve SHARC, recreation facility, tennis, pickleball courts and replacement costs if lost. Refundable damage/ excess cleaning/ SHARC pass return deposit,$200, is required. A personal check is suggested which will be returned when cleaning crew confirms condition and return of passes.

Great property!! Close to all sorts of activities but far enough away to enjoy the outdoors to yourself. Owner was great and easy to get ahold of. Would definitely rent again!
We had a great time visiting the area, skiing Mt. Bachelor, and enjoying family time in the home on rest days. Plenty of room and the kids enjoyed the ping-pong table. Looks like a great place to visit during the summer months as well. Lots to do and explore.
THIS HOUSE MET OUR NEEDS FOR OUR GROUP OF 13. THE KITCHEN WAS A LITTLE TIGHT FOR OUR FAMILY WHO LIKES TO COOK AND PREPARE MEALS TOGETHER. PLENTY OF BEDS FOR EVERYONE AND SPACE TO SPREAD OUT. WE WOULD RENT AGAIN FOR A GROUP OUR SIZE. GREAT LOCATION!

My golf group of 10-11 adults has stayed here two consecutive years and been very pleased. The house was ready for us on both occasions, spotlessly clean, fully equipped and logically organized. The owner is easy to work with, is not a nervous Nelly, and takes pride in this, his family’s longtime vacation home. I recommend this home without any qualms. If you want a palace, a castle or exotic accommodations, look elsewhere. But if you want a comfortable, spacious All American vacation home, this is it. Seriously, John Kosydar
