Rates Your deposit guarantees the room rate for the duration of your stay. • Paypal invoice payment equal to 50% of the total price of your reservation, including tax, may be charge any time after booking. • The balance is payable at Check In
*Peak Season, DEC 20 to JAN 3rd, payment is required for the entire length of stay when reservation is made. All payments at Peak Season are final and non-refundable.
Cancellations
For cancellations via email only, 30 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. For cancellations later than 30 days prior to arrival date/ No Show / Peak Season The total price of the reservation will be charged.
