A cancellation fee of $200.00 plus 35% of the rental amount, and $35.00 handling fee and all cleaning fees and taxes will be charged on all cancellations. "There are no refunds within 30 days of the date you arrive for your stay." Cancellations are considered a cancellation after your credit card has been charged. Cancellation fees will be charged even if booking is done same day as other potential business is lost. Cancellations must be made during the business hours of 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Cancellations will not be accepted through email or voicemail. Cancellations done within 72 hours of occupancy will be forfeited or in a verifiable death in the family, a credit for another time except holidays will be granted at the same property or one of the same price. Cancellations must be made verbally through a company representative. Should you vacate the property early or not use the property at all, you are still responsible for the full amount originally paid at booking. All refunds will be done within 15 business days. All reservations are on a first come, first serve basis. We cannot hold space for a reservation as bookings happen minute by minute. As we will make our best effort to accommodate everyone, we cannot make any verbal agreements or commitments without payment for your reservation. Once your booking has been made, please make sure to have your credit card that you used to book your reservation when you arrive.
