The main living area faces the Florida Bay, one side faces the inlet leading to the marina basin and the back faces the marina. The panoramic open water views from this unit are incredible! The unit is impeccably maintained and offers comfortable and inviting accommodations. The main level features an open living area with new furnishings, dining area with table and seating for 6 plus a fully equipped kitchen. In addition there is a half bath and stack washer/dryer for your convenience. Upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. The main bedroom offers a king bed with en suite tub/shower and vanity. The second bedroom offers a queen bed plus a trundle with two twin beds. The hall bath features a tub and shower. If you are bringing a boat you will love the convenience of docking your boat in the unit's boat slip just steps from the front door. The slip accommodates a boat up to 36' in length. Proof of $300,000 property liability coverage is required when docking a boat at Futura Yacht Club. This beautiful bay front condominium complex is conveniently located on the Tavernier/Islamorada border. The homeowners' association has just completed a comprehensive renovation of the pool and club house areas. Extensive landscaping was also added to the grounds in the fall of 2013. Amenities include a large swimming pool, club house, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, sandy sunning beach and onsite parking for boat trailers.

Rate Details: Rent is $1595 to $2295/week depending on season. This is a Saturday to Saturday rental only. Additional Charges: $260 departure cleaning, and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $500. OPTIONAL Insurances: Accidental Damage Insurance: $45 charge covers up to $3000 of accidental damage during your stay. Welcome to Keys Holiday Rentals website. We represent properties in the captivating Islands of the Upper Keys - Key Largo, Plantation, Tavernier, Islamorada. They are located a little over an hours' drive south, southwest of Miami, Florida. The Keys are known for their casual lifestyle, crystal clear waters, spectacular snorkeling and diving, and as the fishing capital of the world.
We have been staying at Futura Yacht Club for several years now, the past 2 years at Brock Haus. This unit has the best views and very well taken care of. No complaints at all. The folks at Keys Holiday Rentals have been great, making sure we have everything we need. We look forward to our next visit.

We love the Keys and especially Islamorada. In the entire chain of these central islands we have found no better accommodation for a short stay than Futura Yacht Club, and within the Club, Brockhaus. This townhouse is the only one sited directly over the water with two sided views of the Gulf, beautiful furnishings and every needed item for self-catered living. And then there are the perfectly maintained full Club amenities: pool, tennis, sandy beach, tiki sun protection and, very important to us--assigned boat basin slips! Residents are convivial, and value quiet enjoyment--your stay will be peaceful and restful. Combine all of this with flawless assistance by the booking realty (Keys Holiday Rentals) and you will return over and over as we have!

We have stayed at BrockHaus several times now over the past 2 years. We absolutely love this condo. We can always rely on a very clean and well cared for condo. One of the upstairs bathrooms has been recently remodeled. Being the end unit, it is very quiet and we enjoy watching the marine life and watersports entering and exiting the marina. Keys Holiday Rentals has been excellent to work with for setting up the rental, making sure we were all set prior to arrival and checking in during our stay to be sure everything was satisfactory. Thank you for another great visit in Islamorada!
We came down with another couple for a week of scuba diving and fishing and we were just absolutely thrilled with the BrockHaus. First the unit is right on the bay with and it is a corner unit so you have a great view from three sides of the unit. You can watch the sun set from the shower in both bathrooms upstairs. There is the master bedroom and then the queen bedroom with a twin bed as well and we weren’t sure if the queen bathroom was in the actual room or in the hall but to our delight it was in the bedroom itself. As I said we were two couples and we felt like we had plenty of privacy in the bedrooms. The unit was bright and clean the kitchen was new and modern. It’s as great to have a washer/dryer in the unit as we did laundry every day. Our boat was docked about 30 feet from the unit so it was super convenient. The pool at the complex was beautiful, big and well maintained. We cant’ wait to go back next year!
We had a wonderful time as always. Both the facility and the people at KHR are first class. There is no better combination in the Keys, we love it here and we just keep coming back.
Absolutely loved this townhome. It had everything we needed and the views were spectacular! The rental agency was fantastic to work with too!
Our second time staying here. Every room has a view and you Cannot find a better view anywhere in the Keys. The location is perfect, close to grocery and fantastic restaurants. This townhome has everything you could possibly need during your stay. I recommend grilling and having a gorgeous waterfront dinner right downstairs. Only negative is the beds are firm.
The flamingo cottage was as advertised. Comfortable surroundings, beautiful pool, private sunbathing areas and beautiful ocean view.
