I was born in L.A. California in 1957. I graduated from Humboldt State University in 1980 with a B.S. degree in Geology. I proceeded with a career in forestry management that began with reforestation of clear cut units owned by Timber Companies. Planting tree seedlings and commercially thinning a unit to 12X12 spacing became my specialty.
