THE SPACE
As you enter the secluded courtyard of Pineapple House, you are welcomed by a massive waterfall and English garden. One of the most popular design features in an island home is the Lanai (outdoor living/dining area). Pineapple House takes great advantage of its lovely setting with its comfortable 2,500 square feet Lanai. This is more than a deck with furniture; it’s an outdoor living area with comfortable furniture and a 10 person dining table that protects you from the sun and the occasion island shower.
Not too far from the main house, you’ll find a heated pool with a two feet deep area made specifically for the kiddies. Rekindle friendships or enjoy your solitude with a glass of champagne in the hot tub. With audio and lighting special effects, the nighttime romance can be jump started right here.
With all the modern conveniences of our outdoor upscale bar, plus the added benefit of your own personal butler and chef, our outdoor bar is truly the best location to enjoy evening ‘happy hour’ with your favorite bottle of wine.
The professional-grade kitchen is defined by granite, a mahogany-coffered ceiling, and lovely views to the front waterfall and rear pool, gazebo and Caribbean Sea. The kitchen is outfitted with a Vulcan 6-burner stove, grill and oven, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blenders, coffee maker, and abundant cookware and dinnerware.
The five bedrooms are equal in size (about 250 sq.ft.) and each includes a private balcony or deck facing the Caribbean Sea with elegant custom-designed cabinetry, Saltillo-terracotta tiled floors and en-suite bath. There are four master bedrooms outfitted with King-sized beds and one bedroom outfitted with twin beds that would appeal to the kid in all of us. The lower level master bedroom is handicap-accessible. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners with individual thermostats and ceiling fans. Smart televisions with capability to surf the internet, listen to music or check emails are installed in each suite.
