Reservation, Payment & Cancellation Policy:
A 50% reservation deposit is due at the time of booking in order to reserve a Villa. The balance of payment must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival in order to continue to maintain a reservation.
All payments are to be made through credit card or other approved payers in U.S., Canadian, Sterling or Jamaican currency.
A refundable Security deposit of $150 U.S. must be paid on arrival for each stay and will be refunded back to your credit card on departure if no charges are applicable against the Security deposit.
Jamaican Resident Rate: Jamaican residents with a valid pictured Jamaican Government issued I.D. such as the Jamaica National I.D., Passport or Drivers License may benefit from the Jamaican Resident rate on arrival.
Reservations made 30 days or less prior to the arrival date must be paid in full in order to reserve a Villa.
Cancellation charges are determined by the date Westmore Beach Villas Limited receives cancellation notification. Additional cancellation charges may be charged by third party booking agencies such as tour operators and travel agents.
Cancellation charges are as follows:
If cancellation notification is received greater than 90 days prior to the arrival date, there will be a full refund (100%) of the amount paid.
If cancellation notification is received from the 89th – 31st days prior to the arrival date, there will be a refund of 50% of the paid amount.
If cancellation notification is received within 30 days or less prior to the arrival date, there is NO REFUND of the amount paid.
Reservation revisions extending stays will be based on availability however Reservation changes decreasing stays will be considered cancellations and will be treated based on the date of said changes.
Cancellation charges mentioned above are effected as liquidated damages and not as penalties. |
