Villa Emy is a charming XVIII century house in the interland of Venice. The house has been totally renovated at the end of past century and it is equipped with modern and period forniture. Villa Emy is an perfect starting point to visit the gorgeous Venetian Villas alongside the Riviera del Brenta, from the "Malcontenta" near the Venice lagoon to the "Rotonda" near Vicenza, both by A. Palladio. Easy to visit the nearby historical cities of Padova (10 km), Venice (30 km), Vicenza (45 km) and Treviso (50 km).
The house is surrounded by a delightful garden (pride of Emy and Paolo, the owners) with gazebo, rose garden and orchard. The children are welcome: for them a magic wooden house is located on top of an old wild plum tree. A covered parking place is available in the back garden of the house. A riding school is located a few hundred meters away.
The owners welcome the guests at their arrival and are keen to provide all possible info the make easy the guest's stay.

The booking of Villa Emy is confiormed with the down-payment. The balance is due at guest arrival. A contract of Tenancy for vacation is available, if requested.

Rental rates are linked to the season. Usually the house is rented on a weekly basis from Saturday afternoon to the next Saturday mornibìng but differente arrangement can be organized with a minimum stay of three nights. A lump sum of 120 euros is added to the daily rates for house preparation and final cleaning. Our service woman is also available for cleaning services during guest stay at 10 euros/hour, if requested. In winter time a maximum of 30 euros/day (when the temperature is very low) is charged for central heating. A down payment of 500 euros is due as confirmation of booking. The balance is paid at guest arrival. No credit card please; cash or bank money transfer. A safety deposit of 750 euros is requested at guest arrival. The deposit is returned upon departure, deducted from consumption and damages, if any. |
