Flowing into the villa you will find the living area with a 2-2 comfortable sofa set with a large flatscreen HDTV and access to the back terrace and swimming pool. On the left is the full-size modern open kitchen and it is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you would need, and has a 2-seat breakfast bar and 6-seat dining table overlooking the patio and swimming pool. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a laundry room which includes a washer-dryer.
On the right of the living area, you will find the second bedroom with comfortable queen-size bed; the third bedroom with comfortable king-size bed; and adjacent a full-size bathroom with separate shower and modern glass vanity. At the end of the corridor you will find the spacious master bedroom with king-size bed, ‘en suite’ master bathroom with separate toilet and separate glass-enclosed shower and walk-in closet.
