    Spacious, stylish livingroom in a very typical American-Florida-Style. Huge 65" TV in the TV-room..
     
    The renovated kitchen offers everything you could wish. Original Starbucks-coffee-machine as well as a Nespresso-machine available. Don't forget to bring your favorite capsules from home!
     
    On the ground floor you find next to the dining room an office-corner including a printer, which of course can be used. Free highspeed WLAN in the whole house available.
     
    Masterbedroom on the ground floor with direct access to the pool area. Big en-suite bathroom with bath tub and walk-in shower.
     
    Upstairs you find another living room with TV and a wonderful balcony over the spreader. As well you find a pool table in the gallery - try your luck in a daily competition! Another masterbedroom upstairs with direct access to the balcony and an own bathroom with shower/WC. Third bedroom with an own bathroom (shower/WC) upstairs as well.
     
    Boatdock available. We recommend to rent a boat for a few days to explore the offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva. Walk on snow white endless beaches and have lunch in one of the many Caribbean restaurants where you can dock your boat. You will love it.
     
    Non-smoking - please smoke only outdoors.
     
    No pets - no exceptions, thank you.
     
    11.5% sales and tourist taxes already included in the price.
