This beautiful house is conveniently located just 5 minutes by taxi south of the city center or a 20-minute walk along the beach to the Malecon of Puerto Vallarta. The accommodation The main floor has a talavera tile kitchen and a large open dining room. The classic dome in the main living room allows a large amount of light to cascade into the room and create the feeling of immensity and tranquility. From the living room, you can walk to a lovely living area overlooking the pool, the beach and the sea. When crossing the bridge over the entrance of the villa, you can find yourself on the pool terrace where all the members of the group can enjoy their unique waterfall and pool. The spacious main rooms, the large windows, the terraces, the gardens, the pool and the rooms offer ample space and a feeling of openness, ideal for groups of up to 10 people. On the main floor is the master bedroom, with a beamed cathedral ceiling, a king bed and a beautiful marble bathroom. The French doors of this master suite open to the large pool terrace overlooking the gardens and the sea. It also has a single bed that can be moved to any room where you may need it. On the same level there is a large second bedroom with a beamed ceiling, a king bed and a large marble bathroom. A few steps from the pool terrace, there are two larger bedrooms, each with a king size bed, high beamed ceilings and its own bathroom. Each of the rooms has individually controlled air conditioning. Guest access The villa has a private pool for guests. It also has a private area in front of the beach with barbecue to watch the sunset with the family. This is as perfect as it gets! Our family of 7 (3 generations) had a wonderful and relaxing time at the Villa. The location is amazing - right on the beach and despite the surrounding villas it felt secluded. The best feature of the villa was the staff! Rita and Juanita were god send! They provided two meals a day all made from fresh ingredients. They kept the place neat and clean. We truly felt pampered.
I would definitely give the location of the house as well as the responsiveness of Ramon and the owner a solid 5 stars. In addition, the household staff are wonderful - very friendly and professional and the food that they prepared was amazing! What a treat. The house easily accommodated 4 couples. Ramon and the owner are working on addressing a few maintenance and amenities issues that came up to bring the standard of the stay up a notch. Definitely recommend!
This place is amazing. Ramon was so easy to work with and Rita and her assistant made the best meals ever! The house is well stocked and it was so nice having someone to prepare meals for us. There were seven of us, ranging from 4 years to 79 years. Such great family memories. We can’t wait to return.
There was 10 of us ranging from ages 12 to 65 staying at Ramon’s place no problem accommodating our group, this villa is situated in a very beautiful area Just a few steps to the beach, And few more steps to a restaurant and bar that is also on the beach. Rita and her staff were wonderful in the way that you pick meals from a menu, they will go purchase and then prepare and you just get to sit back and enjoy, One day we went out and caught some tuna and brought it back and they prepared ceviche and tuna steaks for dinner which was great and saved on the grocery bill as well This place is a bit rustic but in a very charming way with spectacular views and if you enjoy fishing or snorkeling there is a great spot right in front of the your Villa Because of the time of the year it was very humid so the pool was very inviting and was used a lot by all. We used Uber most of the time for short trips in smaller groups of 3 to 4 people if you need a taxi for larger groups just let Rita know and she will call them for you, the road is very narrow so may be tough to find a parking spot if you have your own car. Overall we all had a wonderful time thank you Ramon and your staff.
