NO loud noise in condo or on lanai after 9 PM or before 9 AM (If you arrive late in the evening please keep voices down, as neighbors may be sleeping.) Also be considerate and quiet in the hallways after 8 PM. TV and radios must be kept on low volume when others could be sleeping. |

An incredibly affordable studio apartment with stunning views of Honolulu, including ocean, skyline, mountain, and canal. It’s very safe and within walking distance to everything Honolulu has to offer. Only a few minutes walk from the shopping district and Waikiki Beach. In the building, you also get to use the swimming pool, spa, gym, leisure area and washing facilities. There is even a small shop in the building where you can buy food and other items without going outside. The apartment is clean and includes table, chairs, cutlery, cooking hot plates, microwave, balcony, wi-fi, telephone, basically everything you need. Gerry, the manager, is extremely efficient and understanding. She booked us in within a few days notice only and made the whole process headache-free and enjoyable. I will stay there again in the future.Highly recommended.
