Northwest Point Resort is a low density get away from the crowds and the development of the Island, yet we are a short drive to world class restaurants, Provo’s famous Grace Bay and every water experience available. A rental car is required to fully enjoy all that awaits your island visit. You will also travel what I refer to as the Highway to Tranquility - 5km of dirt road but this adds to the charm.

Cancellation policy
100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.

We have been coming to North West Point for some 6 years and the islands of Turks & Caicos for over 10+years - so we know the island well and simply love the quiet and tranquillity that North West Point brings.
Seas The Day TCI is a lovely setting and perfectly situated to easily enjoy the beach, pool, nature parks nearby, and to completely relax. This beautiful home is sparkling clean and completely newly renovated. The master bedroom was particularly restful and beautiful. My husband and I enjoyed deep, restorative sleep in this quiet oasis. We particularly enjoyed the very large outdoor lanai and the very comfortable and stylish living room. We never needed to turn on the AC - the wall of sliders provided a beautiful breeze and there were many ceiling fans to help the breeze along if needed. For me, the vibe of this beautiful home was very nature-oriented and private. I really loved the beach and watching the birds on property. We saw egrets, pelicans, mockingbirds, and funny little black birds. Just lovely! Don't hesitate to book this home! It's a beauty and you will not be disappointed. Collin is a fantastic host who is extremely responsive and kind. You can feel how much they love their little piece of paradise and now we love it too! PS: Bring groceries, spices, spirits if you can - the prices of food / booze on the island are shockingly high (and this is saying a lot as a New Yorker).
Collin was an amazing host from start to finish ! Thank you so much - we had a great stay:) The condo is huge and well equipped with everything that you might need - the beach umbrellas, beach towels and beach bags came in very useful - wish we had a small cooler but other than that the property was perfect ! Kitchen has all the utensils that you may need- we also grilled out one day and utilized the pool and hot tub. The beach is steps away and was perfect and not crowded - there was only two other people on the beach , very relaxing . The property was a probably about 15mins or so from grace bay but we had a vehicle and it was the perfect retreat for a nice relaxing week. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!!
Our family of 4 stayed here (kids age 4 and 7). The condo was perfect with a large deck with ocean views, very clean and updated. The beach, pool, and hot tub were great. It was quiet on the resort and relaxing. We visited Grace Bay which was nice but we were glad we didn’t stay there because it was quite busy and we liked having northwest point to get back to. There is tons of stuff to do on the island! We loved Caribbean cruises snorkel tour and Taylor beach!
Unit was very nice, and property was nicely maintained. Has a great stretch of quiet beach to enjoy along with some water sport equipment that's available to use. Boarders a very large park, which has a trail that we were able to get in some morning runs on. Roads getting to the unit go from paved, to unpaved...but the unpaved section is really not bad and should be fine for any rental, though we got a jeep because they're just more fun anyway.
